Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 48 hours and ship out same day or next business day. 

• All online orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL or EXPRESS. We do not offer any other shipping services.

• We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact USPS 1-800-275-8777.

• Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.

• If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order. 

• Shipped orders over $300 will ship with"signature required" and will require a signature upon delivery. 

• We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock and may ship without notification.
