RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please email our customer care team localtrapperstaff@localtrapper.store with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.
We do not offer exchanges. Ensure you purchase the correct sizes, colors, and items at checkout.
We cannot alter or change any existing orders. However, we can cancel an order if it has not shipped. Refunds for canceled orders take 1-10 business days to process.
